About the brand "Vostok"
"Vostok" watchmaker's factory dates from 1942 when one of the Moscow watch-making plants was evacuated to Chistopol - a little town located on the Kama River in the central part of Russia. Different kinds of Defense equipment were the main factory production during the war years, but as soon as the war was over they started to make mechanical wristwatches - the main production ever since. From 1965 the factory became an official supplier of the Soviet Union Department of Defense.

About the brand "Molnija"
Watch & Clock Factory "Molnija" is located in Chelyabinsk, industrial center of South Urals - the middle of Russia. The factory was established on November 17, 1947. At first main products were wristwatches, pocket watches, mechanical table clocks and unique technical clocks for tanks and submarines ordered and paid by Soviet Union Department of Defense. From the end of 50-s and up to the present time the main product of the factory is mechanical 18 jewels pocket watches "Molnija" ("Lightning").

About the brand "Poljot"
Poljot watches are manufactured by the First Moscow Watch Factory (1st MWF). The 1st MWF was a pioneer in Soviet watch production and in today Russia, it still holds leading positions in development of mechanical and quartz watches. The factory was founded on October 1, 1930. It started as a small workshop that made only pocket watches and has grown into a modern enterprise putting out a broad variety of production from quartz wristwatches to special precision instruments for space-system engineering, aviation and fleet.
